2002 Dr. David Meyer

Dr. David Meyer was the winner of one of our 2002 auction tags. In August of 2002, he solicited the help of Guide John Caid and harvested this record book pronghorn buck in Unit 13B. On May 24, 2003, a group of special judges put together by the Boone and Crockett Club inspected and verified the measurements to certify the original score of 95. This magnificent buck was transplanted from Unit 19A several years ago and obviously found this new territory to his liking!

Dr. Meyer generously donated a replica set of the original horns to the Arizona Antelope Foundation. 

A cape was donated by David Hussey and Craig Pearson of Wildlife Images in Scottsdale, Arizona.

Steve Favour of Signature Taxidermy in Flagstaff, Arizona donated his artistic talent to capture this animal’s magnificence.

This beautiful mount will be used as a display at all of our clinics and events.
